Join Frankie Hart once again at the Well Being Center this fall for a yoga retreat in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee. Enjoy two yoga classes per day, meditation sessions, nature walks, yummy vegetarian meals, social gatherings, bonfires & so much more. Sleep in simple luxury.

 

Choose from earth sheltered cabins, tiny houses, cabinettes or camping beneath the stars. You’ll join a supportive community of fellow practitioners who value spiritual depth and presence.

Vegetarian Meals:

  • Three freshly prepared, mostly organic, gluten-free, vegetarian meals will be served daily.

  • Meals may include organic eggs and dairy, with a vegan option available.

  • Tea, coffee, lemon ginger water, and snacks will be available throughout the day.

Registration & Payment

  • Tuition and Accommodations (lodging, meals and snacks) for this 3-night retreat range from $825 to $1,155, depending on the lodging selected. 

  • Register early to reserve your first choice of accommodation. 

  • EARLY BIRD PRICING ($50 savings) AVAILABLE THROUGH SEPTMBER 1st
