General Rental Information
Well Being Retreat Center offers a comfortable, scenic venue with a variety of price points for your retreat guests.. We endeavor to make it as easy as possible for you to plan your retreat here. Our quoted pricing includes lodging, three full service meals per day, assorted drinks and snacks, and exclusive use of the Powell River Pavilion. We charge per attendee (and require a minimum of ten). Our Retreat Accommodation pricing ranges from $120 to $235 per night including three meals a day.

Powell River Pavilion Meeting Facility
Due to COVID-19, the main Conference Building at Well Being Retreat Center is not currently in use. However, the open-air Powell River Pavilion provides a perfect solution for these times with 1,800 square feet under roof on the bank of the scenic Powell River. We can seat up to 22 people in a socially distanced manner at the Pavilion. We also have oversized picnic tables to allow safe seating for mask-free meals and conversation. Meals are also served at the Pavilion from our adjacent licensed Commercial Kitchen. Men's and Women's Bathrooms are adjacent to the Pavilion.

Retreat Lodging
With COVID-19 restrictions, the Cabins and Cabinettes sleep a total of 13 - 24 people plus unlimited camping is available. (Under normal conditions, our capacity is 40.)
Retreat Center Cabins
There are eleven Cabins and six Cabinettes that together can sleep 13 to 24 people during this time of COVID. Due to COVID-19 precautions, we limit occupancy to one person per cabin except for couples and consenting roommates. For pictures and descriptions of these Tennessee cabins follow this link.
Tiny Houses
The six secluded Tiny Houses in the East Tennessee hills are available for retreats or for short terms rentals for an individual self-retreat, quiet weekend getaway, sabbatical, or a place to relax. They are priced as "Private Cabins." Description and more pictures of of the Tiny Houses are here.

Retreat Center Cabinettes
Our six Cabinettes are located under a mature tree canopy within 60 yards of the Main Building at Well Being Center. Three Cabinettes are available during COVID (out of a total of six ordinarily available). Full bathrooms with showers are a very short walk away in the Conference Building. Cabinettes are not available for individual rentals (since they do not have kitchens) but are available as a lodging option for retreats. More information on the Cabinettes here...

Camping
We are a licensed campground on the Powell River in East Tennessee. There is a 1/4 mile of mowed (almost) level pasture directly on the banks of the river. Six "AT" style Shelters are available (at no extra charge) as an alternative to pitching a tent. The climate controlled bathrooms are a short walk away at the Powell River Pavilion.

Retreat Meals
For retreats, full Service vegetarian and/or non-vegetarian meals are prepared and served fresh in our licensed commercial kitchen. Our acclaimed meals are mostly organic and gluten-free and they are freshly prepared. In the Summer months, much of the fresh produce comes from our organically tended garden. Assorted herbal and black teas, coffee, fruits, and snacks are available throughout the day. Click here for a more detailed information on Meals
