"Initially, this spiritual journey almost always requires effort, that is, a sincere, deliberate and intensive search for your true nature. But once that is discovered, seeking from a sense of lack ends. There is still more to learn. Much more. But too much concerted effort at this stage can be counter-productive."

About the Topic: "The End of Effort"

Don presents free online programs on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month on Zoom at 1:00 pm Eastern (US) time and at 6:30 pm Eastern Time.

These talks are an invitation to look within for yourself at life's most important questions rather than a philosophical exposition. It is an opportunity to inquire into the timeless, unchanging essence of our existence.

There is no charge or registration requirement. There will be a brief introductory guided meditation, a 20 minute discourse and 30 minutes for your questions.

These talks are non-denominational and are a direct pointing to one's own true nature.
About the Sessions
Recordings of the discourse portion of the session (but not the Q&A) will be made available on Don's YouTube channel.
