Retreat Overview
How can we strengthen our ways of caring for ourselves, each other, and our environment when we feel in a state of overwhelm?

With the nourishing power of solitude and silence engendering the opportunity to open ourselves to new insights, this retreat promises to be a transformative journey of self-discovery. Nestled along Tennessee’s tranquil Powell River, amid the idyllic Appalachian Mountains, and with the support of fellow practitioners, we can learn to dwell a state of profound mindfulness.
Foundational mindfulness practices and investigation of Buddhist and other sources of inspiration can remind us of ways to balance ourselves, as we engage in becoming the fullest human beings possible throughout our precious lives.

Who This Retreat Is For
All levels of experience in meditation and mindful living are welcome.
Newcomers and long-term “way-seekers” will receive inspiration and encouragement to experience a broad and lively course of practice and investigation.
