Retreat Overview

"We may seek in many directions for fulfillment, excitement, pleasure, meaning and purpose and then, one day, we might wonder who it is that is doing all this seeking? Such a moment is a very significant change of trajectory. It is the first step in a journey home to discover what is truly living this Life."

The retreat will begin with check-in on Friday afternoon January 16th and will end mid-day on Sunday January 18th. Well Being will provide Supper on arrival and lunch on Sunday. Please plan to bring and prepare food for your other meals. We will provide coffee, teas and snacks throughout. (All cabins have kitchenettes.) Don will speak mornings and afternoons with time for Q&A. Silent sittings will be led by Patty. There will be plenty of time to enjoy our 160 acres of abundant Nature. Cost $295. Session Overview

"What are attachments and why is it beneficial to let go of them? We become attached to something when our identity becomes fused with that object, skill, person or position. Since all things are impermanent, attachment leads to suffering. When that object departs, our identity feels diminished. The problem is not in the object itself or in our enjoyment of it; rather it is in our grasping."
