
This five-night event is "by invitation only" and will be led by Jon Patton and Cecilia Calderon of Stop At Nothing.
Stop At Nothing’s HILS-2 program focuses on how daily stresses and unreleased negative emotions can impact your thought patterns, health, energy, and leadership effectiveness. Most importantly, they teach individuals how to use ‘your power within’ to produce extraordinary results by incorporating a powerful framework through practice.

Meals

Meal service will begin with supper on Sunday September 27th at 6:00 pm and will end after breakfast on Friday October 2, 2026.

A "grab-and-go" lunch will be provided on Friday.

Coffee, teas, lemon ginger water and snacks will be provided throughout the retreat.

Meals will be freshly prepared using mostly organic ingredients. The menu will feature primarily gluten-free, non-vegetarian dishes, with a vegetarian option available at every meal.​

Accommodations include all meals and lodging.


About the Retreat Facility
​​
Well Being Retreat Center is nestled within a 2.5-mile horseshoe bend of the scenic Powell River, offering a quiet, secluded environment where nature thrives.
​
Accommodations are in comfortable private cabins, with one guest per cabin (except for couples). Each cabin includes a kitchenette, allowing guests with special dietary needs to prepare supplemental meals if desired.​
