Facilities Maintenance Position Available
The Well Being Retreat Center is seeking responsible, reliable full-time Maintenance Person. We are located off Cedar Fork Road in Tazewell, TN where we rent cabins and also provide accommodations for weekend events. We have cabins, an outdoor riverside pavilion, a main conference building, gardens and landscaping to care for.
The Maintenance position is full-time, 40 hours per week, $13 - $16 per hour depending on experience. Position includes:
* Landscape maintenance
* General farm work such as mowing, brush-hog, weedwacking, gardening, weeding, and planting.
* General building maintenance & repair
* Light carpentry including experience with power tools
If you have good construction skills, a CDL, or can operate a farm tractor or backhoe it is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to the site, a valid TN driver's license, paid maintenance experience, and work references.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently. Drugs of any kind will not be tolerated.
Beautiful land on the Powell River. All buildings are less than 12 years old. All tools and equipment provided. Paid holidays and 401(k) plan available.

Well Being Retreat Center is an independent, non-denominational non-profit organization that offers and hosts programs We value our relationship with the local community and enjoy meaningful relations with the Claiborne County Tourism Commission, the Nature Conservancy, Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency and our neighbors.
