"Using Discontentment"

IMPORTANT SPECIAL NOTICE:
Normally, Don presents his live online programs on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays each month. However, this coming Tuesday, September 2nd, Don and his wife, Patty, will be in the middle of a 51 hour train ride to the West Coast to attend Adyashanti's final public retreat. And the train does not have wifi. So, on September 2nd beginning at 1:00 pm Eastern (US) time there will be a specially pre-recorded session available on YouTube available only through this link.
There is no charge or registration requirement. There will be an introductory guided meditation followed by an extemporaneous discourse by Don on "Discontentment as Motivation."
These talks are non-denominational and are a direct pointing to one's own true nature.

"Unless we are dissatisfied to some degree with how things now appear, there is little motivation to see change. So it is precisely the energy of discontent that can induce us to look at things with a fresh perspective. However, noticing and embracing our discontent may not come easily. Therefore, it is helpful to know its benefits."
