No matter your skill level, you will enjoy this hands-on opportunity to make (and eat!) simple, elegant and health-giving foods.

You’ll leave with easy recipes, AND prepared food! There will also be time to rest, revive, and immerse yourself in the abundance of Nature at Well Being Retreat Center.

Patty Bottari, Director of Well Beng Foundation

The retreat will begin with check-in at 3:00 pm on Friday January 31st and will end after lunch on Sunday February 2nd, 2020.

About the Retreat

In this retreat, we’ll be spending time in the kitchen learning to prepare some of the favorite recipes served at Well Being Retreat Center. This is a chance to learn something new - a new recipe, a new way to prepare, a new way incorporate into your own daily meals the deeply nourishing and beautifully satisfying foods that WBRC is known for.

Camille brings a focus on healthy and vibrant eating and her own decades of experience in the kitchen. Everything we prepare will be fresh, delicious, gluten-free, and most foods will be dairy free as well. Camille will be talking about preparing foods ahead of time, and some of the foods we make will be for you to take home.

Patty brings with her the years of experience she has had in developing and preparing delicious meals at Well Being Retreat Center.

What Others Say About the Meals at Well Being Retreat Center

Pamela – Vancouver, British Columbia

"So often I wanted to break silence and tell you how the food you prepared tasted utterly delicious and felt so nourishing. As I said, it was the best food I’ve ever had while eating out. I’m really looking forward to your cookbook."

Sara H. from Knoxville

Not a detail was left undone, the Well Being Conference Center is truly a gem. Patty and Don are incredible hosts and I think secretly Top Chefs. Every meal prepared was thoughtful, creative, and made with love. I tried many new foods for the first time and enjoyed every bite. This place nourished my body and soul and I am grateful for the time I got to spend here.

Colleen from Knoxville

"My husband and  I were completely bowled over by the glorious food! Much better than Omega or Kripalu or Blue Spirit or Asilomar or Vajrapani or Naropa or Mount Madonna or anywhere else we have ever been. I would be grateful if you have a cookbook …Thank you both for the miracle on earth you have created. "
