with Theresa Nardi & Dr. Karmi Patel

Friday Oct 2 - Sunday Oct 4, 2020

Does a restorative weekend immersed in the quiet simplicity of nature, without any interruptions, sound good to you? If so, you should definitely consider attending the 5th annual healing retreat. This year’s event is designed around an unambitious schedule aimed to immerse attendees in the peace and tranquility so desperately need during this challenging time. If you have a background in energy medicine OR simply an unquenchable curiosity about the many ways in which we can heal ourselves and an eagerness to go deep, register today!

We will be discussing and practicing a variety of the healing methods and sage advice offered by mystics such as Saint Teresa of Avila, and Paramahansa Yogananda, as well as a few of the more modern mind-body-soul experts like Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Dr. Deepak Chopra.

COVID Considerations: During this time of COVID, all sessions will be held and all meals will be served at Well Being's Open Air Outdoor Pavilion on the banks of the scenic Powell River. The Pavilion is large enough and set up to allow appropriate social distancing for both meals and sessions. All cabins will be single occupancy only unless you are here as a couple or unless you choose to share a cabin with a consenting friend. If you register and become ill or have been exposed to someone who is ill before the event, your entire payment will be refunded. All cabins are sanitized with ozone between uses and are left unoccupied for at least three days in addition to our normal thorough cleaning.

The program includes healing exchanges. Yes, without massage tables, and working at a safe distance, we will offer healing to a partner via the Etheric Vitality Meditation Technique which is a guided approach – no previous experience necessary)breath work (pranayama), a variety of guided meditation sessions (including a walking meditation at the labyrinth on site), a sound bath (singing bowls & gongs session offered by the extremely talented Jan Coe), and restorative yoga sessions with Lynn Anderson. Plus, guest speaker, Dr. Karmi Patel (Internist - Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine) will present An Introduction to Food as Medicine, followed by a question and answer session.

Optional opportunities for periods of silence are also included

This is your retreat, healers.

All activities during the weekend are voluntary.

This is your opportunity to go within and heal.
