Barry Richmond will begin this weekend Gathering of Souls with the Fundamental Questions to guide an Inner Inquiry exploring our Being and Becoming. We will spend some time with HeartMath™ to discover how we can become more emotionally and physically resilient on our Journeying.  And, we will use the guidance of Nature and Forest Therapy to Wander in the Wonder of Gaia Presence on the land of Well Being Retreat Center.

Today may not be the day for answers…

but to finally let your heart break open

to the vastness of the question.”

Matt Licata

HeartMath has done considerable scientific research to back up its approach.

About the Program

Using the Fundamental Questions to guide organizations in Strategic Planning, Barry found they also offered a guide to exploration of our inner journeying. Friday evening Barry will share how sitting with the Questions may reveal ways to Journey inwardly. We will continue this quest using through the weekend using HeartMath and Nature & Forest Therapy.

Saturday morning we will explore HeartMath - a system of powerful, easy-to-learn, easy-to-use tools and bio-bio-feedback technology to prevent, manage and reverse the effects of stress. Backed by over 20 years of ground-breaking scientific research, HeartMath helps us meet life’s inevitable challenges with poise and resiliency. Barry is a Certified HeartMath Coach/Mentor and a Resiliency Advantage™ Trainer. This HeartMath introduction will explore how “a change of heart changes everything”.

Saturday afternoon will be personal time to rest/explore as one is called.

After dinner we will do an evening experiential guided journey with Nature and WBRC

Sunday morning we will combine the Fundamental Questions and HeartMath sensing with another Nature therapy guided companioning.

We All Journey

"We all Journey.

Seeking answers.

Questions pool along the banks
of Life’s River,
whisper eddies
inviting us to pause…
to come ashore and explore.

The Question births it’s Answer
as a New Question
to consider an inner journey
of just Being.

How often do we take the whispers
of these discovered knowings
about the Who We Are,
and carve them into the rocks
the river of our lives flows around -
to remind us
to find an eddy of Moment
to pause and consider our Journey
with an inner Sight we remember
and long to see with again.

Sometimes our day to day Living
detours us for a moment…
or a longer while.

“Sometimes you hear a voice through the door calling you,
as fish out of water hear the waves,
or a hunting falcon hears the drums.

Come back. Come back.

This turning toward what you deeply love saves you.”
— Rumi
